Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead located in Latam to join our dynamic team in a rapidly growing technology environment. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable solutions leveraging Azure, .NET, and React. This role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, driving best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. The Technical Lead will work closely with stakeholders, architects, developers, and operations teams to align solutions with business goals while maintaining high standards of scalability, security, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Drive Technical Delivery:
- Lead the design and development of solutions leveraging Azure, .NET, and React, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for the development team.
Collaborate Across Teams:
- Work closely with developers, operations, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and guide the team through implementation.
Ensure Scalability and Resilience:
- Oversee the design and development of cloud-native solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure systems are built with strong security, availability, and reliability in mind.
Promote DevOps Practices:
- Champion DevOps adoption by guiding the team in implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
- Drive automation, monitoring, and deployment practices that support operational excellence.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide hands-on leadership in coding, design reviews, and technical problem-solving.
- Mentor and coach team members to grow technical expertise, foster collaboration, and encourage innovation.
Risk Management and Governance:
- Identify and address technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in delivery.
Qualifications
Technical skills:
- 10+ years of professional experience as a technical leader, solutions architect, development leader, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in designing and architecting solutions.
- Strong hands-on development expertise in .NET and React.
- Proven expertise in Azure cloud architecture.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and containerization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, microservices, and scalability strategies.
- Deep experience with solution design, including evaluating trade-offs between technical requirements, costs, and timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring alignment with architectural goals and standards.
- Familiarity with governance, cost optimization, and security best practices in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with executive stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Strong understanding of security and governance best practices.
Soft skills:
- Leadership: Strong ability to set technical direction and influence decision-making across teams.
- Problem-solving: Capacity to evaluate complex systems and craft innovative solutions.
- Adaptability: Openness to exploring emerging technologies and best practices.
- Team-oriented: Collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.
Bonus skills:
- Familiarity with HIPAA technical safeguards.
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are highly desirable.
