Job Description:
We're seeking a Solutions Architect located in Latin America to help us bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. This position is not only about designing robust, scalable, and modern solutions, but also about storytelling, translating complex technology concepts into business value that resonates with both executives and engineers.
As a key partner in the sales process, you will engage with clients early on to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and propose impactful solutions. Beyond pre-sales, you will lead architectural assessments, guide technology roadmaps, and ensure that delivery teams are set up for success.
This role requires someone with breadth and depth across multiple technologies, able to connect the dots between strategy, architecture, and delivery. The Solutions Architect is a confident communicator, a collaborative leader, and a driver of innovation, bringing together the right people, processes, and technologies to create solutions that last.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in technical pre-sales activities: discovery meetings with sales and clients, asking the right questions, shaping proposals, and presenting confidently in both business and technical language.
- Conduct technical assessments to diagnose architectural debt and propose improvements.
- Build technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and delivery maturity.
- Lead architectural decisions, acting as the technical voice in special projects.
- Serve as a trusted technical reference for diverse conversations with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
- Speak broadly across technologies and identify experts for deeper dives.
- Assemble teams by identifying required skills, writing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and performing technical screenings.
- Deliver product and technology demos, showcasing benefits, addressing challenges, and providing clear direction.
- Qualify opportunities from a technical perspective, ensuring feasibility and alignment with company offerings.
- Guide transition from discovery to delivery execution.
- Drive continuous learning, improvement, and innovation in solution architecture practices.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
- 2+ years in pre-sales, technical consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical discovery, pre-sales, and solution design.
- Broad technical knowledge across multiple domains (Cloud, Integration, Data, Applications, Security, DevOps).
- Expertise in assessing architecture, delivery practices, and SDLC maturity.
- Demonstrated leadership in architectural decision-making and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Experience in technical recruitment, talent assessment, and team assembly.
- Ability to design and present demos that simplify complex technologies for various audiences.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and SaaS ecosystems.
- Strong business acumen, able to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Bonus skills:
- Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
- Exposure to pre-sales roles in consulting or professional services.
